Clickbait grabs attention.
The 360° walkthrough closes the visit.
They're not enemies: they're two tools for two different moments in the decision funnel. Confusing the job of capturing attention with the job of building trust is the real mistake — not the use of eye-catching content itself.
Two jobs, two different metrics

of "chosen" angle: the 360° tour doesn't allow defects to be hidden.
Stage 01 · Discovery — Stage 02 · Decision
Clickbait is necessary here. Eye-catching headlines, charismatic presenters, edits set to trending music, even AI-retouched images: their only job is to make the ad the one that stops the scroll. They don't sell the property — they sell the two seconds of attention.
The walkthrough is what converts. The interested buyer isn't looking for entertainment anymore: they're looking for proof. They want to verify with their own eyes that reality matches the video. No other format fulfills that verification role like a navigable tour generated from a real scan.
The buyer takes control
In the acquisition video, the buyer is a passive viewer. In the walkthrough, they decide where to look and how long to linger — the shift from viewer to explorer they need before a decision worth thousands of euros.
Removes the suspicion of manipulation
An edited video always leaves the question of what was left out of frame. A real LiDAR scan doesn't allow selective omission: if a room is small, it looks small.
Filters the quality of the contact
Anyone who reaches out after touring the space in 360° has already resolved their questions about size and layout. Fewer curiosity visits, more visits that end in real negotiation.
Two tools, one funnel
Clickbait and the walkthrough aren't competing for the same buyer: they're competing for two different moments in their decision. Using one without the other leaves half the strategy uncovered.
Clickbait opens the door; the walkthrough decides whether the buyer walks through it.
